Welcome to ABI Committees
ABI has 17 active committees, each focusing on a specific area of insolvency. Committee members convene at ABI's two national conferences and throughout the year. Members are actively involved in planning educational programs for ABI's popular conferences, authoring committee e-newsletters on relevant topics and talking about sharing ideas and information on the popular ABI-hosted listserves.
Many committees have produced valuable publications on a variety of topics such as consumer bankruptcy, preferences, creditors' committees and first-day motions. Participation is free and serves as an excellent forum for networking and business development.
Choose a committee on the left and start exploring. Each committee page includes topic-specific information gathered from all of ABI's many resources. Review recent newsletters (written by members), follow listserve discussions, look up a member and more. Remember to join the committee while you're there!
